Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before an appointment, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, may be subject to a $50 fee charged to the payment method on file.
If you contact us after a late cancellation or missed appointment to reschedule, Boundless may waive the fee at its sole discretion. However, rescheduling does not guarantee that the fee will be waived.
This policy helps us maintain our schedule and respect the time of our guests and specialists.
