Upgrade your microneedling protocol with a more advanced regenerative signal. Secretomes are a full-spectrum collection of 500+ bioactive molecules derived from your own cells – including growth factors, your body’s own exosomes, PDRN, cytokines, and carrier proteins – delivered at significantly higher signaling density than PRP.
Microneedling creates precise micro-channels that allow these signals to penetrate into the dermis, while activating your body’s natural repair response.
The result is a more complete regenerative effect, improving skin texture, elasticity, and overall skin quality. Designed for men who want a stronger, more advanced approach to skin repair.

We collect a small sample to create a concentrated, personalized secretome preparation – rich in growth factors, proteins, and repair molecules derived from your own biology.
After numbing, we microneedle to create precise micro-channels across the skin, triggering your body’s natural repair response and opening paths for deeper delivery.
Applied while the channels are still open, secretomes deliver a concentrated, full-spectrum signal into the dermis – influencing how skin repairs, rebuilds, and functions.

Yes. Some treatments, like neuromodulators such as Botox or Daxxify, are lab-made and used to relax specific muscles that cause lines.
But many of our protocols take a different approach. Treatments like PRP, PRF BioGel, and secretomes use your own biology, while other regenerative options rely on clinically sourced biologic materials to support how your skin repairs and rebuilds itself.
If you prefer to avoid synthetic inputs, we can build your plan entirely around those options.
Not typically. We apply a potent, clinical-grade numbing cream 20-30 minutes before the procedure begins. Most patients only feel a mild vibration and slight pressure.
All three are regenerative protocols that work toward the same goal – a healthier follicular environment. The difference is in how complete the signal is.
PRP concentrates growth factors from your own blood and delivers a strong, broad push to the follicle. It's well-studied, effective for many men, and a solid baseline. The limitation is variability: PRP quality depends on your biology – age, health, platelet concentration – which makes results inconsistent across patients.
Exosomes add a precision layer. They're microscopic signaling vesicles that carry microRNA, the regulatory intelligence that tells your cells what to do, when to do it, and how strongly to respond. Rather than just pushing the follicle, exosomes help coordinate how your scalp environment responds – more organized, more targeted. The signal is standardized and doesn't depend on your platelet quality.
Secretomes take it further. The secretome is everything stem cells produce and secrete – exosomes, growth factors, cytokines, PDRN, proteins, and extracellular matrix components working together as a complete system. Where PRP sends a push and exosomes direct the response, the secretome runs the entire operation: signal, coordination, and structural support for the follicular environment in one comprehensive payload.
The practical advantage is breadth. A secretome delivers the full range of what stem cells use to orchestrate tissue repair, rather than an isolated signal or subset of vesicles. For men who want the most complete regenerative approach available – or who have tried other protocols and want to escalate – secretomes represent the top of the ladder.
Your specialist will help you determine whether this is the right starting point or the right next step, based on where you are in your loss and what your scalp needs.
Despite being a highly advanced structural treatment, the secretomes accelerate healing so rapidly that most men experience only 24 hours of mild redness before returning to their routine.
You’ll see some change after one treatment, but results build.
Many men notice a healthier, more refreshed look within the first week. Over the next few weeks, tone evens out, texture improves, and skin starts to feel firmer as deeper repair processes take hold.
The biggest improvements come from completing a full series, with each session building on the last. Maintenance every 4–6 months helps sustain and extend those results over time.
Your secretomes are sourced directly from you.
During an in-person session, we collect a small sample of your hair follicles (typically around 50) from the scalp. This may involve mild discomfort as the hairs are gently pulled, but most men find it relatively tolerable and the process is quick.
Those follicles are then sent to our partner lab, where they are used to generate your personalized secretome over the course of about 60 days. This process captures the full range of biological signals your follicles naturally produce, including growth factors, proteins, and other powerful regenerative components.
Your follicles are also preserved, which means a future treatment round can be created from the same sample without needing to repeat the collection.
Yes – especially when sourced autologously (from your own body), as we do at Boundless.
Your secretomes are derived from your own hair follicles, which means they are inherently biocompatible and avoid many of the concerns associated with donor-derived or cell-based therapies. The final product is acellular – not live cells – and consists of the signaling components your follicles naturally produce.
One important note on transparency: secretome therapies are not currently FDA-approved for hair loss or cosmetic use, and long-term large-scale data is still developing. That said, the safety profile from available research and clinical use to date is encouraging. Outcomes depend heavily on sourcing and processing quality – which is why we source from you and use a controlled lab process with pharmaceutical-grade standards.
Secretomes aren't something we can offer as a single, one-off session.
Your secretomes are custom-produced from your own hair follicles and developed in a partner lab over about 60 days. That process results in a fixed number of vials, so there’s no way to create or order a single-dose version on demand.
Because of that, treatment is structured as a package, with two options available depending on how many sessions you would like to commit to upfront.
This ensures you have enough material to complete a proper protocol and see meaningful results, rather than waiting two months to do a single session that’s unlikely to move the needle. You can, however, combine secretomes for skin with secretomes for hair – ask your specialist about hair & skin secretome protocols if interested.
Keep it simple for the first few days.
For the first 24 hours, avoid touching your face, workouts, heat, sweating, and all skincare products. Let the skin settle and begin its repair process.
Over the next few days, stick to a gentle cleanser and moisturizer, avoid active products, and wear SPF daily.
Avoid retinoids, acids, and exfoliation for 5–7 days, and avoid NSAIDs like ibuprofen or aspirin for about 72 hours, as they can interfere with the natural healing response.
